Our Process

• Loan enquiry & Application

  Please complete our brief enquiry form or request our full application form and a decision maker will be in touch the same day to discuss requirements. Alternatively you can contact us by phone 0208 819 2129 or email info@agilitybridging.com. Once an application form is fully completed, we can issue an approval in principle straight away (AIP).

• AIP

  We will issue an AIP outlining the terms of the proposed loan along with instructions to complete the loan. This will be subject to valuation, DD, final approval and legal undertaking.

• Supporting Documentation

  Subsequently we may require additional evidence and documentation to support your requirements. This could be evidence of the property purchase and the price to be paid- these will be stated in the AIP.

• Valuation & Legal

  We will in instruct both valuation and lawyers at the same time. We will get our valuation experts to provide a valuation report. Our lawyer will also be instructed immediately to handle the legal process. The borrower will also need to instruct a property lawyer to act on their behalf and initiate a legal undertaking.

• Loan Completion

  All necessary documents are signed for final execution and DD completed. Funds will then become available immediately for draw-down and can be released to the solicitors for loan completion.
